From South:
Take I-95 North into Connecticut, take Exit 8: Atlantic Street and continue through one light to the second light. Make a right onto Canal Street and follow it all the way down, passing Harbor Square on your left and turning into the driveway on your left with the large Fitlinxx sign. Our building is labeled “850”.
From the Tappan Zee Bridge:
Follow 87 South to the Tappan Zee Bridge. Once across the Tappan Zee Bridge, follow signs for I-287 East. Follow I-287 to its end and transfer onto I-95 North. From I-95 North, take Exit 8: Atlantic Street and continue through one light to the second light. Make a right onto Canal Street and follow it all the way down, passing Harbor Square on your left and turning into the driveway on your left with the large Fitlinxx sign. Our building is labeled “850”.
From North:
Take I-95 South to Exit 7: Atlantic St. Continue through one light and make a left onto Canal Street underneath the highway. Follow Canal Street all the way down, passing Harbor Square on your left and turning into the driveway on your left with the large Fitlinxx sign. Our building is labeled “850”.
